ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in our client's finance department. You will support with a workload of 40%, where your assistance is crucial for continued flawless financial management. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues.

The position is a part-time consultancy assignment starting immediately! Work will take place at their office in Ödsmål.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role of Accounting Assistant includes handling customer invoicing and reconciling bank accounts. You will perform administrative tasks and ensure that financial processes are followed closely, which is crucial for smooth operations.

  • Invoicing and accounts payable
  • Account reconciliations
  • Administrative tasks within finance

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying finance at a post-secondary level
  • Has a good ability to work structured and accurately
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience with larger business systems (e.g., Jeeves)
  • Experience in a similar role in an international environment
